My name is Christine Jolly and I am an accredited member of the Association of Independent Celebrants. I love being a Funeral Celebrant and have worked with over a thousand families.
I was a university lecturer for ten years and my early career was in community theatre, travelling across the UK and Europe. My work has always had people and their stories at its heart.
You can be confident in my professionalism and in my abilities as a public speaker and a writer. Most of all, you can trust that I will come to you with warmth, openness, a cracking sense of humour and a belief that your wishes are of the utmost importance. I will always consider it a genuine privilege to be present at such significant moments in people’s lives.
I now live in Bridgnorth, Shropshire with my young son and husband. I am happiest when I am surrounded by family, friends, good food, good books and the Shropshire Hills. I’m rather handy with a crochet hook too and have reputedly been involved in a fair few yarnbombs. I couldn’t possibly say whether or not that was true.
